Mazda' electric SUV appeared in the first photoshoot

The first photo of the Mazda electric SUV prototype, which will be the first mass green car in the company's history, has spread through the Internet.

The public model shows will be held at the Tokyo Motor Show. The picture makes it clear that this model is the MX-30, and in Tokyo, it will debut as a concept. The machine will receive a circuit with miniature doors at the rear that open against the direction of travel.

The appearance of the Mazda MX-30 will show the future corporate development of the design philosophy of Kodo. More specific style decisions will come from the new generation Mazda3 family. Interior decoration will be more abundant in environmentally friendly materials.

Preliminary data indicate that the serial model will have two versions: only electric and with a small rotary unit, which is a generator for recharging batteries. The electric motor develops 105 kW (143 horsepower) and 265 Nm. The engine is powered by a 35.5-kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery pack.
