A brand new SUV joined the Toyota ranks

In Japan starts sales of the latest Toyota Raize crossover.

The length of the novelty is almost four meters, 3995 mm. The car in width reached 1695 mm. The model is a turned version of the new Daihatsu, which debuted in Tokyo in 2019 as a crossover. Its foundation is Daihatsu New Global Architecture (DNGA). The platform was created exclusively for Toyota and Daihatsu cars.

For the first time selling Toyota Raize has only a 3-cylinder supercharged engine 1.0 l for 98 "horses" and 140 Nm. Further, the model will have a modification with an atmospheric engine of 1.2 liters and a manual gearbox.

Among the list of available equipment, there is an adaptive "cruise," a parking assistant, an emergency braking function, a multimedia system with a sensor, and support for Apple Carplay.
