Volkswagen showcases design solution for new pickup
Volkswagen showed the first teaser of a new pickup. Cars' debut will take place on November 6 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, at the local auto show.
The company emphasizes that the car can start own sales later in other countries. The idea is that a prototype of the future car will debut in Brazil.
The pickup, which is still untitled, prepared the MQB base. The platform is present in such models as Polo, Tiguan, and T-Cross. All the technical part of the car is still classified. The Motor1 writes that the new vehicle will have a four-wheel drive system.
The new car will be located in the company's model range below Amarok. In South America, the commercial version of the car will receive rivals Renault Duster Oroch and Fiat Toro.
