Tesla Model 3 production increases

The volume of production of the new electric cars Tesla Model 3 now reaches 5,000 cars per week.

Media in US write that Ilon Mask, director of the American company, turned to his employees with further plans.

Now Tesla will produce 6,000 Model 3 weekly. Add to this electric cars Model X and Model S, the output will reach 7,000 copies a week. The director will add that now his Tesla has become a real automotive company.

For today Tesla sells 2 variations of Model 3, which have 1 power unit. In the base car, the "hundred" is achieved in 5.6 seconds, the maximum speed is 210 km/h. A full charge of batteries will allow driving 354 km.

Long Range version has a 258-hp electric motor, with which the car approaches the first 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds, the maximum speed is 225 km/h. With a battery pack at 80.5 kWh, the car travels a maximum of 500 km.
