Renault announced the name of a new SUV

Renault announced a new crossover, which will be called Arkana. The car officially debuts on August 29, and a novelty is expected from next year.

Latin name of the machine is translated as "secret". The message in the company's press release says that the car is notable for "attractiveness and innovative spirit".

Rumors say that a car made on the Kaptur architecture. Among the engines are expected petrol motors 1.6 liters per 114 "horses" and 2.0-liter 143-horsepower. The SUV will please both front and all-wheel drives to choose from.

The car will be located in the brand line with a special status because in many ways the novelty will be distinguished by a unique style and technologies that are not typical for many segments.
