Renault and Nissan can be an alliance
Renault and Nissan can soon become allies in order to create a new auto brand.
Western media write that both sides want this. Officially, the company does not comment information.
The head of the new concern will be 64-year-old Carlos Ghosn. The new car can get a headquarters in Japan or France. Now Renault has 43% shares of the Japanese, and Nissan, in turn, has 15% of the French.
In order for the transaction to be approved, it is necessary to obtain appropriate clearance from the authorities of Japan and France.
