Be Ready To Pay More For Polestar 1 Than For BMW i8 Or Acura NSX

Polestar has revealed the official prices for its 1st model.

Americans are getting a great deal! They will pay $155,000 for the offering. Meanwhile the Polestar 1 costs 155,000 euros (or $188,000) and 1.45M Chinese Yuan ($230,000).

The company announced the pricing at the Auto China held in Beijing.

Even though the automaker revealed the full price only now, it has opened pre-orders last month. Think only, 7,000 people in 18 countries signed up to make a $2,500 deposit on this vehicle!

The considered car is originated on Volvo SPA platform, however, it presents the use of scathes of carbon fibber making the sports vehicle stronger and lighter. Having a plug-in hybrid powerplant, the Polestar 1 can drive up to 150 km on electricity only.
