Ferrari announces 15-year extended factory warranty program

Italian supercar specialist Ferrari has announced a new extended warranty program, which covers owners for up to a class-leading 15 years from the date the vehicle is first registered.

Dubbed ‘New Power15‘, the program is available on both new and pre-owned Ferraris, covering major mechanical components like the engine, transmission, power transfer unit (PTU), suspension and steering.

The New Power15 program is on top of Ferrari’s standard three-year full factory warranty and seven-year free maintenance program – with the full factory warranty extendable for two additional years.

From the sixth year to the twelfth, owners can opt for the New Power warranty, which covers all major components, while the New Power15 is purchased in 12-month blocks for up to three years.

The company says the extra years of warranty will protect the value and functional integrity of their ‘Prancing Horse’ car for an even longer period.
