BMW Returns To Le Mans!

The producer from Germany has stated that the development of the M8 and M8 GTE race vehicle will happen.

Having teased a short footage of the BMW M8, the automaker has uploaded snaps of the heavily camouflaged prototype. The brand did not beat around the bush. The engineers at BMW M are also developing on the M offering. We did not get a chance to find out the detailed info, but those classic m features (for example, modified brakes, bigger air inlets, sport exhaust) hint at “significantly boosted power.”

Exciting news is that BMW Motorsport is working on an M8 GTE race vehicle version. It will spearhead the company’s come back to Le Mans. BMW Motorsport is going to have the M8 GTE make its race premier at the Daytona 24 Hours in the end of January next year.
