VW Touareg TDI with the Goodwill Package

VW Touareg TDI drivers can use the Goodwill Package now.

The automaker’s CEO shared at this year’s Auto Show held in Detroit that 265,000 TDI owners have reaped benefits of the package under consideration. That includes $500 VW dealer card, $500 VW Prepaid Visa Loyalty gift card and no-charge 24-hour Roadside Assistance for the period of 3 years. The offer also spreads on the Touareg TDI owners having 3.0-litre TDI motors.

Together with introduction of the latest VW Tiguan plug-in hybrid concept, the automaker said that it may use a new catalytic converter to fix almost 400,000 diesel cars that faced the emission scandal in America. The catalytic converter swap might not fix all the affected cars. Then the manufacturer will have a chance to buy back a lot of cars from its clients.
