Tesla Model 3 is Almost Ready to Debut and VP of Global Communications Leaves the Company

Global communications vice president at Tesla has left the company.

Ricardo Reyes was vice president for almost 18 months. According to a spokesperson, he has left the post. The American electric producer is preparing to present the Model 3, its latest entry, sometimes later in March.

On the contrary to other companies, Tesla does not spend so much money on marketing and advertising. That is why the position of global communications vice president is important to the automaker. Tesla entrusts promotion of its products to social media and media coverage.

The company will introduce the Mazda 3 prototype on the last day of March. It will cost almost $35,000 before tax incentives. The vehicle is expected to reach the market in the second part of the next year.

Reyes started working at the company 7 years ago. He provided global communications and strategic marketing. The chairman left 4 years ago to become a leader of brand marketing and communications for Square and rejoined the automaker in November of 2014.
