Mean Outlook Of Dodge Challenger ADR

The Challenger of current generation has been here for more than 8 years. Therefore, it is not a big surprise that Dodge is cooking an innovated offering.

It is expected to arrive in 2018. It will lose 500 pounds with the help of the Giorgio platform. The model will spawn 2 derivatives.

The Challenger GT will be the first one of the batch. This is an AWD version that was previewed in 2015 with a Mopar-ized concept. This happened at SEMA. The vehicle will arrive before the end of this year. It will be equipped with a 3.6-litre six-cylinder engine. It will be joined to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. It will be followed by the American Drag Racer. So, the ADR will feature a rear-wheel drive layout. It will differ from the Challenger range thankfully to a wide body.

The model has fat tyres that will help to carry those 707 hp. The power is produced by the supercharged 6.2-litre eight-cylinder unit. Wider tracks are also being considered. According to a rumour, there should be more power in the Challenger ADR.
