Celebration of BMW

100th anniversary of BMW is being celebrated by revealing the 7 Series centennial edition. The limited edition offering wears an official name the “BMW Individual 7 Series The Next 100 Years”.

The vehicle’s exterior is exclusively Centennial Blue metallic. The car features forged 20-inch lightweight alloys. Another distinguishing feature is handcrafted signets on the B pillars. They have “The Next 100 Years” caption on them.

The outstanding design goes on in the cabin. You will see Smoke White fine grain leather upholstery from Merino. There are also quilted seats featuring hand-woven piping. The car benefits from a piano black trim, a headliner from Alcantara and a BMW Individual helm having wood accents. “The Next 100 Years” embossing can be found on the headrests. The centre console features a “1 of 100” inscription.

Purchasing the offering you will get an outstanding “Montblanc for BMW” centennial foundation pen. It can be described by a rhodium-plated Au750 gold Montblanc nib and Centennial Blue metallic details.

The vehicle comes with three engine choices. You will be able to obtain a 6.6-litre twelve-cylinder producing 612 hp and a 4.4-litre eight-cylinder generating 450 hp. The automaker will also sell a plug-in hybrid version. It will ride with a 2.0-litre V4 unit and an electric motor. Together they will produce 326 hp.

Only 100 units will be produced. Only 5 of them that were based on the M760i xDrive will be available for Americans.
