6 Series from BMW Can Become Porsche 911 Fighter

The next-gen BMW 6 Series might be a Porsche 911 fighter.

The BMW 6 Series is scheduled to be presented in 2018 or 2019. The reports suggest that it is getting revamped to rival with the legendary vehicles from Porsche. So, we assume that the German producer will cut off the convertible and Gran Coupe cars. The next-gen 6 Series should be equipped with the automaker’s latest CLAR chassis. Due to this it will lose 500 pounds and be more formidable and agile. There also will be rear-wheel steering and optional air suspension. The power will come from a quad-turbo, inline-six motor generating 550 hp.

BMW wants to rival with other German producers. The Z5 was collaborated with Toyota/ Now It should come in the form of a roadster. Toyota will market a hardtop version of the platform meanwhile. This will be the Supra successor. The high-end Z5 M will deliver 450 hp from its inline-six motor.

The 9 Series has not been approved yet. In case it receives green light, it will be a 4-door coupe with a hybrid powerplant generating 500 hp.
