Tesla sells Pre-Owned Sedans Online

Tesla is selling Model S electric sedans which have already been in usage.

The automaker has quietly started the service nearly two weeks ago on its website. Now there are 11 American markets which are served by the company’s pre-owned sales service. They are: Los Angeles, Florida, Chicago, Hawaii, New York, Atlanta, San Francisco/Bay Area, Cleveland, Denver, Washington, D.C. and Seattle.

Each pre-owned Model S has a four year and 50,000 mile limited warranty. It comes with 24-hour roadside assistance and a full inspection.  It will be possible to pick up all of the used vehicles. By the way, the clients can choose a possibility to ship their cars to the nearest Tesla service centre for a fee nearly of $1,500.

As all the automaker’s cars, the pre-owned vehicles will come without involving a car dealer. So, they will come directly from the producer. The quantity of used vehicles will probably increase dramatically towards the end of 2015 when the 1st part of Model S 3-year leases ends.

The used Model S sedans will cost from nearly $65,000 to $105,000. The price will depend on equipment and mile range of the vehicle.
