Pebble Beach Auction Obtains $825,000 for BMW i8

An impressive sum became the result of auction for the unique BMW called i8 Concours d’Elegance Edition. Notably, the standard price calculated for the retail sale of the car is almost six times lower. Thus, the vehicle which could be sold for $135,000 in a dealership became a record-setter of the German brand.

The body of the car is painted grey metallic and inside one can find expensive brown upholstery. Embossed inscription of the nomenclature name is places at headrests and the special badges became commemorated in laser.

Charity fund of Pebble Beach will get the auction revenue.
