New Coupe from Volkswagen Made Web Appearance

Intrigue is partly ruined for the release with photos of almost the final version of New Midsize Coupe from VW leaking to the internet.

April Beijing event became the show platform for the concept variant of NMC. Chinese spies revealed their best work by leaking a non-camouflaged prototype of the car in only a couple of days after that. This time web appearance features patent images according to which body type of the vehicle rather resembles a saloon.

Meanwhile, official sources supply the date of the release. New offering from Volkswagen is planned to be presented in Guangzhou at the end of the year and is likely to be sold in China only. Speculations have it that the car will share a lot with a higher-class VW Jetta released for this country, in the same way as Passat enjoys an improved CC modification.

Design department, sadly, does not offer something unique. Differences from the concept variant are concentrated at front bumper shape, decreased size of wheels and less advanced exhaust system. The cab reveals even less points to be mentioned as it hosts a classical Volkswagen interior. However, it was the concept that did not leave any hope for innovations.
