Mustang GT 2015 Sold for $300,000 at the Auction

A car enthusiast became the happy owner of this year’s first production model of Mustang GT 2015 in Arizona car auction.

Mustang GT got a respectable price of $300,000, though the success was marred by the striking $650,000 paid for Camaro Z/28 by Chevrolet. The large sum in its entirety will be transferred for the sake of diabetes research among young people to a local foundation.

The production of the car will begin in a couple of months. Meanwhile, the auction winner got the privilege of ordering any design combination. Despite outlook uncertainty, the powerplant of the car is already known: 5.0-litre engine for eight cylinders amounting to 420 bhp and torque of 390 lb-ft.
