Images of Tesla Model S P85D in America
The images of the Tesla Model S P85D have been caught by paparazzi in the U.S. before its official presentation on October 9.
The model has been disclosed on an aerodrome by one of the Tesla Motors Club forum members. It looks like the model is an innovated version of the Tesla S. As the EV automaker is working in the electric crossover Model X which will be produced with two engines (one for the axle), it seems that the Tesla S will obtain a 4WD.
Earlier in February, Elon Musk who is the head of Tesla stated that four-wheel drive variants will be disclosed with the Model X presentation. Previous statements assume that the model will be able to reach 0-60 mph in less than 4.2 seconds.
