Additional Service for 2015 BMW 228i

Professional and non-expensive handling is a goal of the entire automobile industry, with even the luxury brands trying their best to please their customers.

With that in mind BMW decided to present a handling package for its next year’s 228i Coupe. Now the owners of the least expensive coupe by the German company will be able to conduct a performance upgrade.

Parts thrown in for the package are sports oriented. Their array includes a flexible suspension, wheels 18 inches in diameter wrapped in presentable tyres by Michelin, an assortment of steering wheels and sensible brakes. Lower platform was also secured for the upcoming model. Additional details can be managed through the custom driving dynamics unit.

Manual and automatic gearboxes with various numbers of speeds allow utilizing the package on the vehicles. The next 228i will sport a turbo V4 developing decent figures of 240 hp and torque of 255 lb-ft.

Price tag for the package has not been revealed yet and only the price of the current 228i which starts from $32,100 can be a preliminary reference. One should expect its arrival in mid-summer.
