2015 Ford Mustang Will be Officially Uncovered on December 5

It has finally happened. Ford will publically unveil its 2015 Mustang on December 5, the American company has reported.

The 6th-gen Mustang will be revealed in 6 cities on 4 continents with events taking place in New York; Los Angeles; Michigan; Dearborn; Barcelona; Shanghai and Sydney. Leading up to its official debut, Ford has unleashed a new teaser picture of the iconic Mustang emblem and will be cooperating with Facebook and Instagram to present what the Mustang has meant to its millions of enthusiasts over the last half of the century. Actually, Ford will be using Instagram to unleash the first official photo of the 2015 Mustang.

An earlier leak uncovered that the 2015 Ford Mustang will kick off with the 3.7-liter V6 (306 hp) and 5.0-liter V8 (421 hp) carried over from the current generation but will add a 2.3-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder motor to the lineup with 311 hp.

“Mustang has come to be much more than just a vehicle for its army of enthusiasts spanning the globe from New Zealand to Iceland and Shanghai to Berlin,” announced Jim Farley, executive vice president of Ford world marketing. “When you drive Mustang, it ignites a sense of optimism and independence that leads us all.”
