The Volvo EX60 mid-size electric crossover SUV was officially revealed in early 2026 and entered series production at the Torslanda plant in Sweden. Built on Volvo's next-generation SPA3 platform, it pioneered Cell-to-Body battery integration and aluminum megacasting structural components. It is manufactured as a 5-door crossover SUV.

The EX60 features high-efficiency electric powertrains in single-motor and dual-motor AWD setups, supported by an advanced 800V charging architecture and over 600 km of driving range.
