The large Turismo minivan replaced the Rodius model in 2013, featuring a completely updated body.
The SsangYong Turismo represents a major overhaul of the large Rodius passenger minivan, which debuted in 2013. The vehicle received modern front-end styling, a revised window line, and a spacious cabin accommodating from 7 to 11 passengers depending on the configuration. It was powered by a reliable 2.0-liter e-XDi200 turbo diesel engine mated to a manual transmission or a five-speed Mercedes-Benz automatic. Rear-wheel-drive and part-time four-wheel-drive layouts were offered across different markets. Throughout its production run, the model underwent minor exterior and interior facelifts before concluding its lifecycle in 2019.
