Mitsubishi Airtrek II (EV) gallery (2021–2023)

The Airtrek II (EV) vehicle generation was manufactured by Mitsubishi Motors from 2021 to 2023 and offered in SUV body configurations.

The second-generation Mitsubishi Airtrek EV premiered in November 2021 at the Guangzhou Auto Show as a China-exclusive electric crossover built by GAC Mitsubishi. Engineering of the Airtrek II (EV) (factory code EV) emphasized high structural rigidity, aerodynamic efficiency, and optimized interior spatial packaging. Built with reinforced body structures utilizing high-tensile steel alloys, the platform delivered reduced curb weight alongside improved occupant crash protection. The vehicle was distributed globally in multiple configuration packages designed to satisfy diverse market demands and regional regulatory specifications.

Powered by a 184-hp electric motor and a 70 kWh battery providing up to 520 km CLTC range. Production ceased in 2023. The powertrain lineup incorporated efficient engine families paired with robust manual, automatic, or continuously variable transmissions depending on trim selection. Drivetrain engineering integrated advanced suspension tuning and traction management systems. Periodic mid-cycle cosmetic and technical updates refreshed front-end aesthetics, lighting technology, and cabin infotainment features, maintaining competitive positioning across international consumer segments throughout its production lifespan.
