Maserati MC12 I gallery (2004–2005)

The Maserati MC12 was engineered and designed under the direction of Frank Stephenson on the chassis of the Ferrari Enzo to homologate a competition car for the FIA GT Championship. It features a lightweight carbon-fiber and Nomex monocoque chassis coupled with a removable hardtop roof structure. Mounted longitudinally in the middle is a naturally aspirated 6.0-liter V12 engine (Tipo F140S) generating 630 horsepower at 7,500 rpm and 652 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed Cambiocorsa automated manual transmission operated via paddle shifters. Compared to the Ferrari Enzo, the MC12 is significantly longer and wider, featuring custom aerodynamics highlighted by a prominent two-meter-wide fixed rear wing and distinct body panels. Maserati manufactured only 50 road-going Stradale examples across two production batches alongside 12 non-homologated track-only MC12 Corsa vehicles, distributing them globally across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
