Koenigsegg CCGT1 I gallery (2027–present)
The first generation Koenigsegg CCGT1, a 70-unit limited hypercar based on the CC850 platform and powered by a twin-turbo V8.
The first generation of the Koenigsegg CCGT1 was introduced as a modern road-legal homage to the FIA GT1-spec CCGT prototype. Utilizing the carbon-aluminum chassis of the CC850, the model features a bespoke aerodynamic profile with a multi-mode active rear wing capable of a 30-degree angle of attack, operating across low-drag, high-downforce, and airbrake settings.
The powertrain consists of a 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 producing 1,280 horsepower on pump petrol and rising to 1,600 horsepower on E85 ethanol blend. Drivers can choose between a 9-speed automated multi-clutch transmission with sequential-style shifting and an optional conventional 6-speed manual gearbox sending power directly to the rear wheels.
Interior equipment focuses on driver-centric analog instrumentation, including mechanical gauges for tachometer, boost pressure, and power delivery. A dedicated factory track pack includes an FIA-spec roll cage, lightweight racing seats, telemetry logging, and fire suppression systems. Production is scheduled to begin in 2027 with a limited run of 70 units.
