Unveiled in 2019, the Kuga Mk3 transitioned to the modular C2 platform, reducing vehicle weight by up to 90 kg while extending wheelbase dimensions. Styling adopted softer, more aerodynamic curves inspired by contemporary passenger cars. Interior highlights feature a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster and sliding second-row seating.

Electrification formed the core of the drivetrain strategy, offering Mild Hybrid (mHEV), Full Hybrid (HEV), and Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) powertrains delivering over 50 km of electric-only range.
