The first-generation Cadillac Optiq serves as the entry point to Cadillac's electric SUV family. Featuring a five-door crossover body and a dedicated EV platform, the model is offered in standard luxury and sport trims alongside a performance-oriented V-Series variant equipped with higher-output electric motors and chassis upgrades.

For the 2027 model year, the first-generation Optiq is updated with a native NACS charging port and improved charging station communication protocols. Exterior color revisions introduce Sandstone and Citron Tricoat while discontinuing Magnus Metal Frost, Celestial Metallic, and Nimbus Metallic. In addition, V-Series models gain access to matte Midnight Stone Frost paint and a limited-production Deep Ocean Design Edition appearance package.
