Introduced in 2003 for the 2004 model year, the first-generation Acura TSX (CL9 chassis) was a compact entry-luxury sport sedan derived directly from the Japanese and European market seventh-generation Honda Accord. Positioned between the RSX coupe and TL sedan, the TSX emphasized agile driving dynamics through its tight double-wishbone front and multi-link rear suspension tuning, along with a high-rigidity unibody structure.
