Rolls-Royce has a new designer
The British Rolls-Royce brand has hired Dane Anders Warming as chief designer.
Anders Warming founded Warming Design in 2019. He worked for 20 years on the exterior of BMW and MINI cars. He designed the third generation MINI, BMW X3, and Z4.
The head of Rolls-Royce, Thorsten Muller-Otvos, described his expectations for the new addition to the team as follows:
"He will play a key role in finding our future design focus to meet all the dreams and desires of the brand's customers. Anders joins us at a crucial time as we launch the full electrification of our brand."
In early 2019, Josef Kaban, who came to the company from Skoda, became chief designer of the brand. Still, after working for the company for six months, he resigned before becoming Volkswagen's chief designer in 2020.
