Leapmotor A10 electric crossover launched in Belarus with 505 km range
The official distributor of the Chinese brand Leapmotor in Belarus has announced the start of pre-orders for the compact electric crossover Leapmotor A10. A key feature of the vehicles for the Belarusian market is a fully Russian-localized multimedia system with a translated interface. According to Motor magazine, the price of the new model in the neighboring country is 59,990 Belarusian rubles, which at current exchange rates is equivalent to approximately 1.7 million Russian rubles.
The dimensions of the electric crossover are 4,270 mm in length, 1,810 mm in width, and 1,635 mm in height, and the distance between the axles (wheelbase) reaches 2,605 mm. Despite its compact exterior dimensions, the vehicle features a practical layout: the standard cargo volume is 602 liters, and with the second row of seats folded, the usable space increases to 1,549 liters. Buyers are offered a color palette of six exterior shades and two options for combined interior trim.
From a technical standpoint, the Leapmotor A10 is designed very straightforwardly. A single electric motor is installed on the front axle, developing 122 horsepower and a maximum torque of 150 Nm. The powertrain is powered by a lithium iron phosphate battery with a capacity of 53 kWh, providing a rated driving range of up to 505 kilometers on the Chinese CLTC cycle. The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h takes 10.6 seconds for the EV, and the top speed is electronically limited to 160 km/h.
The model is presented in a single fixed trim level with a standard equipment list. The crossover's equipment includes a power-adjustable driver's seat, heated front seats, a keyless start system, a built-in dashcam, USB ports, and a 12-volt power outlet. For the convenience of second-row passengers, a folding table and cup holder are provided. The suite of active safety systems and driver assistance features includes adaptive cruise control, parking sensors, and a 360° surround-view camera system. The front panel architecture is built around a digital instrument cluster and a large 14.6-inch multimedia touchscreen, with performance powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155P chipset.
