Infiniti’s current SUV lineup is limited, featuring only two models. However, this will expand later this year with the release of the all-new 2027 QX65, a crossover distinguished by its sleek fastback styling, hitting dealerships this summer.
Under the hood, the QX65 is equipped with Infiniti’s 2.0-liter VC-Turbo four-cylinder engine, generating 268 horsepower and 286 pound-feet of torque. It is mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission and comes standard with all-wheel drive for enhanced traction.
The design of the QX65 reflects an evolution of Infiniti’s Artistry in Motion aesthetic, incorporating elements reminiscent of the legendary FX series. Notable design features include a striking three-dimensional grille and emblem. The model is also available in a new Sunfire Red paint, inspired by the exclusive Regal Red shade of the Nissan GT-R.
Trim Levels and Pricing
The QX65 will be offered in three distinct trims. The base Luxe trim includes 20-inch wheels, LED lighting, and an illuminated grille badge. Inside, all variants feature dual 12.3-inch touchscreen displays with built-in Google services, wireless phone charging, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, tri-zone climate control, and a power-operated liftgate.
Moving up to the Sport trim, buyers receive exclusive 20-inch black alloy wheels with hidden lug nuts, a unique grille design, and gloss-black exterior accents. The interior is upgraded with a graphite-colored headliner and additional gloss-black trim details.
The highest-spec Autograph trim distinguishes itself with 21-inch machined alloy wheels, satin chrome window surrounds, and a black-painted roof. The cabin boasts semi-aniline leather seats with massage functions, wooden trim, heated rear seats, and a quilted dashboard for added luxury.
Storage capacity is generous, offering 35.8 cubic feet of cargo space behind the reclining second row and 67.7 cubic feet with the rear seats folded down. Properly equipped, the QX65 can tow up to 6,000 pounds.
Pricing begins at $56,990 for the Luxe trim, including a $1,545 destination fee. The Sport trim starts at $57,235, while the premium Autograph kicks off at $64,135. For comparison, the 2026 QX60 Pure trim starts at $53,085, but the other QX65 trims are priced below their QX60 equivalents.
