Volkswagen ID.3 safety rated five stars

The newest hatchback Volkswagen ID.3 with electric installation has got five stars on crash tests Euro NCAP - this is the highest rating for safety.

For example, Volkswagen ID.3 rated adult passenger protection at 87%, child protection at 89%, pedestrian protection at 71%, and the active safety system scored 88%.

The 5-star rating for the Volkswagen ID.3 electric hatchback is similar to that of the new generation Volkswagen Golf, which passed NCAP crash tests for high marks a year ago. Golf has 95% adult protection, 76% pedestrian protection, and 78% active safety systems.

Euro NCAP highlighted the excellent design of the Volkswagen ID.3, many sensors, and perfect crash avoidance systems with a safety function after an accident.
