The teaser for the new electric Cadillac Lyriq

Cadillac is fueling interest in its first commercial electric Lyriq vehicle.

Before the car's premiere, which will take place online on August 6, Cadillac showed another teaser.

The image shows the charging port of the electric vehicle, located on the front left of the bodywork. The cover must be slid towards the wheel while pressing the button on top. Another teaser shows 7-spoke wheels with a non-standard design.

The Cadillac Lyriq made on General Motors' scalable platform developed for electric cars. The model will be equipped with an Ultium 50-200 kilowatt-hour battery, operating at 400 or 800 volts and supporting a charge up to 350 kilowatts.

The interior of the electric car will be rich in a 33-inch screen, which has been divided into zones. We add that the display of the Lyriq is the largest among all production cars.
