Porsche 911 Targa: a new generation officially debuted

Porsche has presented a new generation of sports car 911 with a body of Targa.

The debut of the accessible 2-door version was held online due to COVID-19. Porsche 911 Targa will only be sold in all-wheel-drive versions. The car has a 3.0-liter turbocharged gasoline unit for six cylinders with a capacity of 385 hp. (+ 15 "horses"). Additionally, sold will begin 450-horsepower modification of the Targa 4S.

The engines operate with an 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox. Version 911 Targa 4S will also be offered with a 7-speed "mechanics." The maximum for 911 Targa 4 can accelerate to 289 km/h, and for 4S - up to 304 km/h.

As standard, the car has a proprietary PASM adaptive suspension with electric shock absorbers. The driver will have two riding modes: Normal and Sport.
