Tesla prepared place for a new plant in Shanghai

Tesla will build a new enterprise in China. Autocar writes that the plant will be located near Shanghai.

The contract on the construction of the enterprise was signed by the director of the company Ilon Mask.

New plant will be able to produce a maximum of 500,000 electric vehicles annually. The amount of investment in the construction of the enterprise remains unknown.

New Tesla's place will appear in free economic zone of Shanghai. The first batch of cars will leave the assembly line of the plant in 2020. Due to this plant Tesla want to lower a price of their own products. Now in China market electromobiles Model S and Model X are estimated much more expensively, rather than in the USA.

We add that the novelty will be 1 Tesla plant, which will appear outside the US.
