Mercedes-Benz presented the G-Class in an original way
The management of Mercedes-Benz was made a real off-road art object - the legendary G-Class was poured into amber tar.
To create a similar masterpiece, which the Germans called the "Amber Cube", were used 40 708 liters of epoxy resin. In total, the weight of the cube was 46 tons, but adding the fastener for transportation the amount reached 52 tons. The company spent 90 days working every day, without days off to creating a "sculpture".
The goal of the project is as follows: the "amber" Mercedes-Benz G-Class all-terrain vehicle will travel from German Hamburg to the American Detroit to take part in an international motor show.
