$22,595 for the 2017 Forester from Subaru

Subaru has shared information about the 2017 Forester pricing. It will start from $22,595. The vehicle will arrive at dealerships this summer.

We remind you that the previous offering costs $200 less. The new version features a revised enclosure and a new front fascia. The headlamps have a new design. The crossover got new LED taillights, a body-colour rear spoiler and restyled wheels. The Forester Touring is at the top of the range. It received an exclusive Sepia Bronze Metallic colour scheme.

Speaking of the interior, there is a shy makeover. The designers have equipped the vehicle with a multi-function helm and additional regular equipment. A few new options offer a heated helm, Saddle Brown perforated leather seats featuring contrast stitching and a Keyless Access set-up. Besides, the model can ride with an updated EyeSight system. The latter features colour cameras with a longer and wider field of vision.

Customers can also expect a quieter cabin. The automaker used additional sound deadening material. It also added improved door seals and thicker door glass. All these featured will reduce the noise.

The engine choices will be the same. The cars that received the 2.5-litre V4 engine and the Lineartronic CVT continuously variable gearbox have a higher rate of fuel economy (26 mpg in the city and 32 mpg on the highway; 28 mpg when combined). The Forester Touring has got an innovative Active Torque Vectoring set-up.
