5,000 Lamborghinis Aventador
The automaker reached a significant production milestone after completing the 5,000th Aventador offering. It took only 55 months to achieve this result. A Roadster variant coloured in Rosso Bia is the celebratory vehicle. It will appear on the Italian market.
The model under consideration was used as a base for a few ultra-exclusive and expensive offerings, such as the Vereno ($3.8 million and $4.5 million for Roadster) and the recent Centenaria ($1.9 million). The Italian automaker has sold the whole allocated production run earlier than it actually unveiled the vehicles officially. Things were the same with the outstanding Aventador J Speedster. This one was presented four years ago. It price stood at $2.2 million.
The producer also launched lots of special editions. The Anniversario in roadster and coupe guise is among them.
A rear-wheel-drive Aventador will not happen. R&D chief stated that the Aventador will stay with four-wheel drive set-up as only such system is able to manage the power produced by the V12.
