Spiced Cabin of Mercedes-Benz R-Class from Carlex Design

Carlex Design has shown the new version of the Mercedes-Benz R-Class.

If you thought the R-Class is not available anymore, you had been mistaken. AM General is selling the model in Indiana exclusively for China. R-Class ordered Carlex Design interior professionals to freshen up the interior of the model. We remind you, that the minivan/crossover has all-black exterior. It is not strange that there appeared a wish to make the interior dark-themed as well. Alcantara and leather two-toned upholstery can be found inside the cabin now.

There are hippopotamus nubuck leather accents too. The automaker assures that they were purchased from legal sources and obtained from non-endangered species. The helm is wrapped in Alcantara and leather. Its upper half has a touch of wood. Besides, there is a wood trim on the dashboard and the centre console. The dashboard received the “Carlex Handcrafted” inscription. The headliner and pillars received a suede cover.

The customers will enjoy the cosy atmosphere and stellar quality that Carlex Design has created inside the car.

The R-Class could have a 2nd-gen as Mercedes-Benz is thinking about a completely new global offering. Even if the production receives green light, we will probably not see the vehicle till the end of this decade.
