Latest Ford Fusion ST has Quad Exhaust Pipes

Ford is boasting a whole range of new vehicles. There are the Shelby GT350, Focus RS, F-150 Raptor and a Ford GT.

According to the latest spy pictures, there also is a crazy sedan of a middle size from the Blue Oval in development.

Spy paparazzi captured photos of the Fusion ST. It was camouflaged over the front and rear end. We suggest that this was done because of the new front and rear fascias which are hiding under that camouflage. Meanwhile, the interesting set of quad eduction pipes was not covered up. This hints at the sporty flavour of the Ford’s sedan.

We suppose that the Fusion ST will be equipped with the known 2.3-litre turbocharged V4 engine which is going into the Focus RS. It is able to generate approximately 300 hp. Other sources state that the model will ride with a 2.7-litre EcoBoost six-cylinder engine. Anyways, it looks like this new offering will have a four-wheel drive set-up for usage of all that power.

The 19-inch wheels and tyres are quite sportier than all previous ones on the Fusion. Larger callipers and brake rotors can be found behind the wheels. By the way, they remind of those on the Focus ST.

Wait for more details about the new sporty variant of the Fusion after its mid-cycle refresh which will happen at the beginning of the next year.
