S65 AMG Coupe from Mercedes to be Presented in Geneva

Production version of new S65 AMG Coupe will debut in Geneva.

Dealership release of S-Class car will be held later this year. The coupe bears a lot of traces similar to Mercedes concept announced in Frankfurt in 2013. The lineup is meant to substitute the CL-Class vehicles, with coupe possessing the same power characteristics as sedan.

The new car amazes with the powertrain: bi-turbocharged engine for 6.0 litres and 12 cylinders is going to produce 621 hp and torque of 738 lb-ft. Apart from that, S-Class Coupe will get a S500 modification and S63 will appear in AMG lineup. Advanced system of body control is also to be featured in this deluxe model.

General shape of S65 AMG is finished with close resemblance to the concept while headlamps and mirrors acquired a new design.
