New Names to Appear for Cadillac

Cadillac plans the extension of nameplates.

The information comes from the nameplate registry source which has achieved an order for two monikers – “CT5” and “CT6”. It is not specified what exactly is going to bear these names; it has only leaked that the application has been filed a week ago.

Something of a kind has been implied at the press conference held by the brand’s marketing representative in Switzerland this year. Namely, he mentioned potential clients are led astray by confusion with line-up connected nomenclature. One can find similar developments in the history of Infiniti, from which the American brand has “inherited” the president. Mr. de Nysschen is known for his initiatives of the same kind at the previously held position. Afterwards, it might all not be such a bad idea, especially considering Cadillac’s overall activity in developing new models.
