Corvette Z06 of 2015 is out from Assembly Range

The first Corvette Z06 leaved the assembly range in Bowling Green, Ky. yesterday, though they are not expected to be seen on the streets soon.

Production continues with seven per hour rate and the models were not sent to dealerships yet, not counting the first vehicle which was obtained by Rick Hendrick. The spokesman of Corvette, Monte Doran stated in AutoBlog about Chevrolet is training in final quality checks before they are prepared for a final sale release.

The innovated Z06 is a refresher. It is able to produce 650 hp and torque of 650 lb-ft. The model’s start-up is up to 60 mph in 2.95 seconds. Its quarter mile time is 10.95 seconds at 127 mph. All these characteristics come along with an automatic gear box of seven speeds.

The vehicle gained large 285/30ZR19 front tires along with 335/25ZR20 back tires. The model is 2.2 inches broader in its front and 3.15 inches broader in the back. Not counting the other performance details, the vehicle also gained regular magnetic ride controlling shocks and an electronic differential of the slip.
