Mercedes-AMG is preparing to bring back the C63 nameplate with both combustion and battery-electric powertrains under consideration after retiring the four-cylinder hybrid. Before the next generation arrives, an inline-six C53 making 443 hp and 600 Nm of torque is expected to step in as an interim performance sedan.
