Lotus Type 135 Supercar with 1,000-HP Hybrid V-8

The upcoming Lotus Type 135 bridges the space between the Emira and the Evija hypercar, introducing hybrid V-6 and V-8 options with up to 1,000 horsepower. Built on an 800-volt architecture, it aims for a curb weight around 1.5 tons using compact electric motors weighing just 20 kilograms. Drivetrain power is routed through a newly codeveloped eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.
