The XPeng X9 is built on the SEPA 2.0 platform, ensuring high structural rigidity and the integration of cutting-edge architectural solutions. The minivan is equipped with both purely electric powertrains capable of 800V fast charging and hybrid versions designed to extend range for long-distance travel. The body design, featuring a pronounced aerodynamic shape, minimizes drag coefficient, significantly improving energy efficiency. The interior is executed in a premium style with a focus on maximum comfort for second and third-row passengers, equipped with individual seats featuring massage functions and dedicated climate control zones. The infotainment system operates on the latest OS, supporting deep AI integration for managing auxiliary vehicle functions.
The XNGP autopilot system in the X9 reaches new heights thanks to the integration of LiDARs and a powerful computing center based on NVIDIA Orin-X chips. It is capable of navigating confidently on both high-speed motorways and in dense urban traffic, performing automatic lane changes and obstacle avoidance. Special attention is paid to safety: the passive system complex includes reinforced deformation zones and numerous airbags covering the entire perimeter of the cabin. The rear-wheel steering chassis significantly improves the maneuverability of such a large vehicle during parking and U-turns on narrow streets. The X9 is positioned as a family 'home on wheels' with the technological content of a business jet, aiming for leadership in the luxury MPV segment of the Chinese market.
