The second-generation Vauxhall Mokka introduced a futuristic design language and an all-electric Mokka Electric variant.
Launched in late 2020, the second-generation Vauxhall Mokka marked a radical revolution in design and engineering under the ownership of Groupe PSA (now Stellantis). Built on the Common Modular Platform (CMP / e-CMP), it became significantly lighter, stiffer, and slightly shorter than its predecessor while maintaining generous interior room. It was the first model to introduce Vauxhall's striking Vizor front-end styling along with the minimalist, dual-screen Pure Panel interior dashboard. The combustion-engine lineup features 1.2-litre turbocharged three-cylinder petrol units and an efficient 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel, mated to either a six-speed manual gearbox or an eight-speed automatic. A 48V mild-hybrid version was introduced later to enhance city fuel economy. Alongside internal combustion engines, the lineup is headlined by the all-electric Mokka Electric (originally Mokka-e), delivering instant torque and a practical zero-emission driving range with fast DC charging capability exclusively with front-wheel drive.
