The vehicle is built on Tank's body-on-frame platform with a longitudinal engine layout and a solid rear axle. Power comes from a 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine as well as a plug-in hybrid Hi4-T powertrain. The SUV features a futuristic mecha-inspired exterior design with sharp angular lines and exposed hardware details. For severe off-road conditions, it comes equipped with a torque-on-demand four-wheel-drive system, low-range gearing, and differential locks.
