Oshan X7 I gallery (2019–present)

The Oshan X7 is a mid-size family crossover introduced in 2019 that later evolved into the Changan X7 Plus.

The Oshan X7 entered production in 2019 as a core mid-size crossover offering within Changan's Oshan sub-brand. Built on a front-wheel-drive chassis with multi-link rear suspension, the X7 measures 4705 mm in length with a 2780 mm wheelbase, providing a roomy five-seat cabin. It is powered by a 1.5-liter Blue Whale turbocharged gasoline engine generating between 178 and 188 horsepower, mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission. In 2021, the refined X7 Plus model replaced the original version, introducing a larger grille, dual connected interior displays, and improved sound insulation. When the Oshan brand was integrated back into Changan Automobile in 2024, the vehicle remained in active production rebadged as the Changan X7 Plus and later as the Changan CS75 Pro. The Oshan vehicle portfolio served as a dynamic passenger vehicle arm for Changan Automobile, specifically engineered to cater to modern family needs and younger drivers. The X7 model was developed with an emphasis on occupant comfort, structural durability, and the proven efficiency of Blue Whale powertrain components. It achieved notable commercial success by delivering a comprehensive package of standard features, refined driving dynamics, and low total cost of ownership. The vehicle structure utilizes high-strength steel reinforcements throughout key collision zones to enhance passenger safety. Interior ergonomics are carefully designed around modern lifestyle demands, offering intuitive touch displays, smart device connectivity, efficient climate management, and versatile cargo storage solutions for everyday use.
